Pam Coffey will share how The Five Behaviors of a Cohesive Team provides teams with the foundation of a healthy, well-functioning team, from trust to accountability to results. She will outline a powerful model and actionable steps that can be used to overcome common hurdles and build cohesive, effective teams.
Pam is a certified executive coach and experienced consultant with a long career in Human Resources for the U.S. Government. She teaches, mentors and assesses new coaches in the Georgetown University Leadership Coaching Program. Pam is dedicated to working with individuals, teams and organizations to create positive change, improve performance, and achieve desired results. She is accredited in The Five Behaviors of a Cohesive Team program and has coached hundreds of teams to end their struggles and work together effectively and cohesively.
