Ánægjuvogin verðlaunar þau fyrirtæki sem skara fram úr í ánægju á sínum markaði

„Mikill heiður er fyrir fyrirtæki að vera hæst á sínum markaði í Íslensku ánægjuvoginni. Íslenska ánægjuvogin er mælikvarði á ánægju viðskiptavina sem er mæld reglulega yfir árið og gagnast fyrirtækjum sem mælikvarði á þeirra frammistöðu á milli ára og í samanburði við helstu samkeppnisaðila“

Þau fyrirtæki sem vinna á sínum markaði fá að nota merki Íslensku ánægjuvogarinnar í sínu markaðsefni sem og að njóta heiðursins.

Að þessu sinni eru niðurstöður birtar fyrir 48 fyrirtæki í 15 atvinnugreinum, þar af eru tíu fyrirtæki sem ekki hafa verið áður. Nokkur munur er á ánægju þeirra fyrirtækja sem voru mæld og eru einkunnir frá 58,6 til 84,4 af 100 mögulegum.

indó er sigurvegari Ánægjuvogarinnar árið 2024 með 84,4 stig og er þetta í fyrsta skiptir sem niðurstöður hafa verið birtar fyrir bankann. Í öðru sæti og einungis tveimur stigum frá er Dropp með 84,2 stig. Dropp var sigurvegari Ánægjuvogarinnar í fyrra.

Tíu fyrirtæki marktækt hæst á sínum markaði

Gyllta merkið er einungis veitt þeim fyrirtækjum sem eru með tölfræðilega marktækt hæstu einkunnina á viðkomandi markaði, þ.e. þar sem segja má með 95% vissu að viðskiptavinir fyrirtækisins með hæstu einkunnina séu ánægðari en viðskiptavinir fyrirtækisins með næsthæstu einkunnina. Þessir sigurvegarar mega þar af leiðandi segjast vera með ánægðustu viðskiptavinina.

Efstu fyrirtæki á mörkuðum þar sem ekki var marktækur munur á efsta og næstefsta sæti fengu einnig viðurkenningu fyrir góðan árangur.

• Orka náttúrunnar 69,1 stig meðal raforkusala
• Smáralind 65,2 stig meðal verslunarmiðstöðva

Kvartanir hafa áhrif á tryggð viðskiptavina

Tvær spurningar um kvartanir eru í líkaninu. Annars vegar er spurt hvort að viðskiptavinir hafi kvartað eða haft ástæðu til að kvarta og hins vegar um hversu ánægðir þeir voru með úrlausn kvörtunarinnar. Samkvæmt bandarísku ánægjuvoginni hefur þessi málaflokkur mikil áhrif á tryggð viðskiptavina og því fleiri sem hafa kvartað því minni er tryggðin. Niðurstöður hérlendis sýna að hlutfall þeirra sem kvörtuðu var 5% en 18% höfðu ástæðu til að kvarta en gerðu það ekki.

Íslenska Ánægjuvogin í meira en aldarfjórðung

Markmið verkefnisins er að láta fyrirtækjum í té samræmdar mælingar á ánægju viðskiptavina en mælingarnar byggja á erlendu líkani og aðferðafræði. Nokkrir þættir eru mældir sem hafa áhrif á ánægju viðskiptavina, þ.e. væntingar, ímynd, mat á gæðum og virði þjónustu.

„Mæling sem þessi er mjög mikilvæg þar sem rannsóknir hafa sýnt fram á að því ánægðari sem viðskiptavinir fyrirtækis eru því betri afkomu getur fyrirtækið gert sér vonir um.“

Breyting á upphafsspurningu í takt við breytta tíma

Í takt við breytta tíma og í samræmi við evrópsku (ECSI) og bandarísku ánægjuvogina (ACSI) var ákveðið að breyta upphafsspurningu um hvar svarendur eru í viðskiptum. Fyrir breytingu voru þátttakendur spurðir í hvaða matvöruverslun þeir fari oftast og svöruðu ánægjuvogarspurningum fyrir viðkomandi verslun. Árið 2024 voru þátttakendur í staðinn spurðir í hvaða verslunum þeir hafi keypt matvöru á síðastliðnum þremur mánuðum og svöruðu þeir svo handahófskennt fyrir eina af þeim verslunum. Upphafsspurningin er mismunandi eftir mörkuðum, til dæmis er spurt um kaup á raftækjum á síðastliðnum tveimur árum, og á bankamarkaði eru þátttakendur spurðir hjá hvaða banka þeir eru með virkan bankareikning, sparnaðarreikning eða bankalán. Þess má geta að 46% Íslendinga eru í viðskiptum við fleiri en einn banka.

Um framkvæmd rannsóknar

Íslenska ánægjuvogin er í eigu Stjórnvísi og sá Prósent um framkvæmd á Íslensku ánægjuvoginni árið 2024. Gögnum var safnað frá apríl til desember árið 2024. Könnunin var send í tölvupósti á könnunarhóp Prósents á um 3.000 manna úrtak á hverjum markað. 175 til 1000 svör bárust fyrir hvert fyrirtæki. Niðurstöður voru vigtaðar með tilliti til kyns, aldurs og búsetu þýðisins.

Ánægjuvogin samanstendur af þremur spurningum:

1. Á heildina litið, hversu ánæg(ð/ður/t) eða óánæg(ð/ður/t) ert þú með reynslu þína af [fyrirtæki]?
2. Hugleiddu allar væntingar þínar til [fyrirtækis] annars vegar og reynslu þína af fyrirtækinu hins vegar. Að hve miklu leyti uppfyllir [fyrirtæki] væntingar þínar?
3. Núna biðjum við þig um að ímynda þér hið fullkomna [fyrirtæki á viðkomandi markaði]. Hversu nálægt slíku fyrirtæki er [fyrirtæki]?

Ánægjuvogareinkunnin tekur gildi á kvarðanum 0-100, þar sem hærri einkunn gefur til kynna meiri ánægju.

Í dag eru 2000 fyrirtæki með aðild að SA, 80% fyrirtækjanna eru með 50 starfsmenn eða færri.  Árið 2023 fóru 452 milljónir í styrki til fyrirtækja og einstaklinga. Sjö fræðslusjóðir reka saman vefgáttina Áttan. Með launatengdum gjödum er greitt í sjóðina.  Stéttafélögin afhenda til eindtaklinga og Starfsafl til fyrirtækja.  Öll fyrirtæki eiga rétt á allt að 3milljóna á ári.  Fyrirtæki eiga að styrkja starfsmenn líka til náms.  Lísbet tók dæmi um ávöxtun  hjá fyrirtæki. Fyrirtækið greiddi í iðgjöld 1.276.384 og fékk greidda styrki að upphæð 2.330.60.-  82,5%  ávöxtun. Sum fyrirtæki taka aldrei neitt út úr sjóðnum heldur greiða sjálf alla fræðslu. Væntanlega þekkja mörg fyrirtæki ekki til Starfsafls.  Í fræðslustefnu fyrirtækja  er mikilvægt að komi fram að fyrirtækið greiði fyrir sitt starfsfólk alla starfstengda fræðslu sem haldin er að frumkvæði fyrirtækisins.  Hægt er að óska eftir styrk eða greiðslu vegna eftirfarandi: Náms sem tengist starfstengdum réttindum, s.s. vinnuvéla-og meirapróf, náms sem tengist viðhaldi og endurnýjun á starfstengdum réttindum, námi í íslensku fyrir starfsfólk af erlendum uppruna, annað starfstengt nám sem sýnt er að þörf sé á.  Starfsfólk sem verið hefur í starfi lengur en 12 mánuði getur óskað eftir styrk vegna starfstengts náms sem stundað er utan vinnu en getur talist til starfsþróunar. 

Mikilvægt er að fara í fræðslugreiningu, hvað vantar okkur? Greina núverandi þarfir, horfa til framtíðar, kanna vilja og þarfir stjórnenda og starfsfólks, hver er óska staðan og hvernig komumst við þangað?

Skv. Cranet á starfsmaðurinn oftast frumkvæði að þeirra fræðslu sem er nauðsynleg. Fyrirtæki þurfa að huga að því hvaða fræðslu þurfi til að fyrirtækið sé starfshæft í framtíðinni og hvaða endurmenntun er nauðsynleg t.d. til að endurnýja og viðhalda réttindum. Huga þarf einnig að störfum morgundagsins og hafa fræðslu í takt við það. Atvinnurekandinn ber ábyrgð á vinnuvernd andlegri og líkamlegri.  Öryggis- og brunavarnir eru mikilvægar, fagtengd fræðsla, starfstengd fræðsla, stjórnun/ liðsheild, samskipti, inngilding, einelti á vinnstað o.fl.

Í fræðsluáætlun þarf að forgagnsraða þörfumm, finna hentuga fræðslu og fræðsluleiðir, setja upp áætlun með kostnaði og styrkjum og skilgreina verkferla.  Fyrirtæki eiga að athuga með hvað fer á bókhaldslykilinn ”fræðsla” og fá bókarann eða þann sem er ábyrgur til að sækja um styrki.  

Faghópur um stefnumótun og árangursmat hélt í morgun áhugaverðan fund í Innovation House. Á fundinum fjallaði Þorsteinn Siglaugsson um röklegt umbótaferli og las valda kafla úr bók sinni „Frá óvissu til árangurs: Skýr hugsun og listin að taka betri ákvarðanir“ sem er nýkomin út á vegum Mjaldurs útgáfu. Þorsteinn er vottaður sérfræðingur í röklegu umbótaferli og hefur um árabil starfað við ráðgjöf og þjálfun stjórnenda og sérfræðinga í aðferðafræðinni, sem á rætur að rekja til Dr. Eliyahu M. Goldratt höfundar metsölubókarinnar „The Goal“ sem haft hefur mikil áhrif á stjórnun fyrirtækja allt frá því á níunda áratug síðustu aldar. 

Á þessu námskeiði fá þátttakendur kennslu í kynþátta- og menningarfordómum, birtingarmyndum og áhrifum þeirra í íslensku samfélagi ásamt umfjöllun um hugtakið inngildingu og hvernig inngilding nýtist í baráttunni við fordóma.

Hugtökin fordómar og inngilding eru á allra vörum en ekki er öllum skýrt hvað þau þýða. Á námskeiðinu verður farið yfir muninn á kynþátta- og menningarfordómum, sögu þeirra og hvernig þeir birtast í alþjóðlegu og íslensku samhengi. Fjallað verður um áhrif fordóma á líðan þeirra sem verða fyrir þeim til að auka skilning á mikilvægi baráttunnar gegn fordómum.

Síðari hluti námskeiðisns verður helgaður inngildingu (e. inclusion) og hvernig inngildandi hugarfar er mikilvægur þáttur í að stuðla að jafnara og sanngjarnara samfélagi, en inngilding snertir allt fólk á einhvern hátt. Hægt er að nota inngildingu sem tól til að auka menningarnæmi, en á námskeiðinu verður líka farið yfir hugtökin menningarnæmi og menningarnám.

Námskeiðið byggir á fyrirlestrum með gagnvirkum spurningum sem þátttakendur geta svarað í rauntíma, auk umræðna.

Mánudaginn 21. október var haldinn viðburður í húsakynnum Akademías í Borgartúni.

Formaður faghóps um góða stjórnarhætti hélt stuttan inngang en að því loknu flutti Dr. Eyþór Ívar Jónsson ákaflega áhugavert og fróðlegt erindi um traust í samhengi við góða/ábyrga stjórnarhætti. Þar fór hann yfir nokkrar kenningar um traust og setti í samhengi við fyrirtækjarekstur, stjórnarhætti, teymisvinnu og fleiri þætti.

Óhætt er að segja að gerður hafi verið góður rómur að erindinu og að því loknu áttu sér stað líflegar umræður og skoðanaskipti sem tengdust efni erindisins, störfum stjórna og stjórnarháttum almennt.

"Slæður/glærur" eru aðgengilegar og einnig er von á að hægt verði að birta upptöku af viðburðinum fljótlega.
